What is Microblading:
Microblading, also known as eyebrow embroidery, is the manual method of cosmetic tattooing using a hand tool. Fine semi-permanent hair strokes are created by depositing pigment under the skin to create natural looking eyebrows.

Our trainer:
Our trainer has extensive experience and knowledge within the micropigmentation industry and produces the highest quality of work. She specialises in microblading and has achieved highly recognised accolades with the industry while also having the relevant teaching qualifications and experience. The maximum number of students attending each course will be four. Because there are never more than four students, our trainer has time to give you the attention you need and we are able to adapt teaching methods to your learning style, ensuring that you leave the course knowledgeable and confident.
Our facilities:
We carry out all our microblading training from our Hoddesdon venue in Hertfordshire. We have a modern, clean and airy training room which is also a working beauty room. We have all facilities needed for you to effectively learn and carry out full microblading treatments.
Insurance:
Our training courses follow the National Occupational Standards set out by HABIA, while meeting the HEE regulations. Our courses are validated and accredited with CPD and Diamond Accreditation. Insurance cover is available from recognised health and beauty insurance companies.

Theory includes:

- Structure of the skin and skin tones
- Allergies and contra-indications
- Skin diseases and disorders
- Understanding pigments
- Understanding colours
- Brow shapes
- Different hair stroke patterns
- Client consultation
- Understanding different microblade tools and needles
Practical work will include:
- Practical drawing exercises
- Practise on fake skin
- Eyebrow procedures on a number of different clients.
You will carry out practical drawing exercises, practise on fake skin and work on an adequate number of clients to ensure you offer a professional treatment from the very beginning. You will receive post training support and mentoring by email, text or phone.
Case studies:
Following the course you will be expected to carry out 4 case studies in your own time and submit them to your tutor for feedback and grading. On successful completion of your case studies you will receive your diploma.
