Our complete post operative massage and slimming course will take you from being a beginner within the massage field to becoming an advanced practitioner. The course includes foundation and advanced massage skills which include-
Beginners full body massage-
Our comprehensive professional body massage beginner’s course guides you through all of the traditional Swedish massage techniques for front and back body so that you can deliver an effective and therapeutic treatment.
Lymphatic drainage massage (post operative)-
Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), this is a specialized form of massage that has powerful cleansing, relaxing, pain relieving & immunological effects however it is easy to learn with our expert tutors. It is a gentle, flowing, rhythmic massage and can be applied to a wide range of physical conditions to great effect.
Wood therapy massage and ultrasonic cavitation slimming & contour-
In this training you will be taught how to administer body wood therapy and cavitation to break down fat, reduce water retention and how to sculpt and contouring the body.
Once you have enrolled onto the course, we will direct you to what your home study will entail. You will be given home study for full body massage, lymphatic drainage massage and wood therapy with ultrasonic cavitation techniques.
DAY 1 PRACTICAL
Day 1 will begin with our foundation full body massage techniques which will cover A&P, Health & Safety, Safe Practise, massage movement knowledge, contraindications, how to perform the treatments as well live demonstrations and finally working on live models. Throughout the day we will be expanding your knowledge on how to treat individual client concerns and body conditions, with informed information upon how these needs can be treated with the new skills you will learn
DAY 2 PRACTICAL
On day 2, you will reinforce your foundation body massage techniques. You will carry out lots of practical learning, on models, while gaining support and feedback by our expert tutors. Throughout the day we will be expanding your knowledge on how to treat individual client concerns and body conditions, with informed information upon how these needs can be treated with the new skills you will learn.
DAY 3 PRACTICAL
Day 3 comprises of lymphatic drainage massage techniques, which will cover A&P, Health & Safety, Safe Practise, massage movement knowledge, contraindications, how to perform the treatments as well live demonstrations and finally working on live models. Throughout the day we will be expanding your knowledge on how to treat individual client concerns and body conditions, with informed information upon how these needs can be treated with the new skills you will learn

Throughout the day we will be expanding your knowledge on how to treat individual client concerns and body conditions, with informed information upon how these needs can be treated with the new skills you will learn
